Very affordable price to stay in the city of Sydney. The properties were good, but they don’t supply hair dryer.

Friendliness of staff and shop retailers in the area. Location within walking distance to light rail and close to everywhere I wanted to go. Julian a guest who took my bag up to the second floor then was interested to know my opinion on where I went. I felt completely safe walking in the street at night being on my own and female. Most guests ignored me but this I didn't mind since the desk staff were so friendly. I'd gladly stay again. This was the first holiday I had by myself so I got to go where I wanted without having to compromise to suit someone else. I was born in Sydney and loved living there, I'd move back if it wasn't so expensive to rent. Coffee cafes cheaper than Queensland.

This is my first time in a backpacking hostel and I really enjoyed it. It's just a short walk from Museum Station around 7 minutes, the place is really clean and tidy they have a billiards table tv room with a movie night on Thursdays with free pop corn and chocolates, I went during Mardi Gras and there was free glitter and makeup to get ready for the street parade, I was really impressed, I chose a single room the only negative is the mattress is a bit uncomfortable but not too bad I ended up putting the bed quilt on top as I could feel the springs in the mattress I'd definitely go here again when traveling to Sydney again Jeff

I STAYED only 1 night. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was there was no lift and i had to go to second floor. Ok for young people but i am 75.A lovely French girl carried my luggage up stairs and found my room for me. The room was small but had a clean bed, power points, alarge wall fan and hooks for clothes. The toilets were near and reasonably clean.This was a Saturday night and the room was quiet.dispite the number of people outside attending restaurants etc.

Such a great place to stay, good location, friendly staff. Only down side bathrooms were hot and miss with being clean.

Well organised hostel, staff really good. Unfortunately guests slam doors and there's a lot of noise from the traffic and extractor fans. Great that you can leave luggage in lockers and kitchen very well equipped. Lots of bathrooms cleaned regularly, did see a couple of cockroaches in corridor. Very handy location just 5 min walk from the train station

The place was relatively easy to find and it was close to everything that we needed. The room that we stayed in was clean, the bed could have been more sturdy I felt like it was going to break. The common areas were relatively clean. The staff were very helpful and kind

Unfortunately it wasnt quiet as acter 10pm, there as noise going on till 2am.
