Good breakfast and everything was very Covid secure. Good quiet location in the hills above Las Palmas (12 Euros for taxi into the city centre). They need to get rid of the his&hers pillows though! Not acceptable in 2020 to assume all of your clients are straight...

A beautiful property hosted by a wonderful staff. Agustin and Carlos especially were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay at the hotel and experience on Gran Canaria was as enjoyable as possible. My only regret with Hotel Mondalón is that I could not stay longer. I will not look anywhere else when returning to Gran Canaria.

This was a quick stop, but should have stayed longer. The quality for the price was very good. It’s 10 minutes from the airport and not far from las Palmas. This would have been a great spot to see the whole island from with a rental. The restaurant had a small menu, but everything was delicious!

Was here for a business trip just for a one night stay and I’ll definitely be back for a holiday! The building and surroundings are beautiful and staff are lovely too. The room was a little noisy but that’s just as it’s an old building I think and it didn’t bother me too much. Apart from that it was excellent!

Beautifully renovated Spanish farm house , lovely setting in the hills, great amenities great food, comfy bed. Even caught the local bus next to the gates to Las Palmas. Helpful staff.

Staff does sometimes speak english, but communicates poorly. With breakfast we were surprised by the waiter, who did not pose any question and only by guestures we could discover his planned actions. The airco is very noisy. The dinner was expensive compaired to the quality of the food.

This hotel is a converted farmhouse and stables and has been beautifully converted. All the rooms are different and very nice. Their restaurant was excellent and the included breakfast was superb. The only one thing about this place at the moment their bar facilities are not available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I was told that every weekend they have functions such as barbeques which attract hundreds of people but as we were only there on Wednesday to Thursday we didn't see this. The staff were superb and as they are local did not speak a lot of English but that was easily overcome and added to the charm of the place. They also have a vineyard and make their own wine which was superb and very reasonably priced in the restaurant.

Absolutely delightful! Great location if you want to detach from the big city; Lorena-Director was extremely accommodating extensive to all employees. Breakfast and dinner are great. The scenery is beautiful Dan Lübel PhD

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, although because the ceilings were low (in our room - not sure about the others), taller people may not enjoy them as much. The breakfast, which is included, was delicious and we really enjoyed both suppers we had at the hotel. We would definitely go back!

Remotely located, but beautiful hotel and rooms with brilliant staff providing very high level of service. What the hotel lack in respect of location, the surroundings and staff makes the stay worth every penny. Will certainly visit this hotel in the future.

This is a small hotel and there wasn't much going on, but it was peaceful and pleasant. My room and en-suite were clean and tidy. I loved the huge shower! There is a small-medium sized pool. I had a very tasty BBQ here on my last night, as this is the evening dinner they provide on Fridays. If you like the 'quieter life' then this may suit you well.

We really liked this hotel, wooden beams, interesting architecture, lovely setting in countryside and only 20 minutes from Las Palmas once we knew the route. The breakfasts are superb. Staff cooked meal for us when we arrived although it was very late.
