Bed were horrible very hard and not comfortable room had a musty smell.Hotel itself was very nice and staff was very friendly. Hot tub didnt work and looked very dirty and dated.

I stay here every time I go to Mayo- 6-7 times a year. Great rates and super clean. Nice spacious rooms, couch, nice big bathroom, big tv, great breakfast and customer service is top notch. Easy drive to Mayo. There was a new staff working I hadn’t seen before, a young man. He was fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. I will always return to this hotel!

This hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were firm, not the smash into a small ball type pillow. They offered a lot of items for breakfast. Nice quality for a very reasonable price. I would recommend to my friends if they are passing by the area.

Went to get into bed and found tons of hairs. Sheets weren’t changed. And my shower drain was super slow. Took a 5-7 minute shower and was standing in inches of water. My first bad experience with HIE.

Well it didn't start out so good. They said Hotels.com didn't send the reservation to them. I showed them the itinerary and also my paid receipt. It still took 2 of them about 30 minutes to figure it out.
They was nice about it but still not a good feeling for me and my very sick other half. The room was fantastic, the breakfast was fantastic and the entire staff was great. I will just be booking straight from them from here on ot

The room was very spacious and clean. They upgraded me to a handicap room at no extra charge. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had with a wide variety and with BACON, bacon and more bacon!! A++++

It was a great experience! The hotel was clean, and staff was so friendly. They had shuttles running to and from Mayo which was so helpful. The breakfast was amazing! They did an excellent job there. We will definitely be staying here again.

We will most definitely choose Holiday Inn Express again. The staff (front desk and kitchen) were friendly and helpful.
