Team did a great job taking care of us. We added a comment to our request to see if we could have a tub and received a response from the hotel, insuring they could get one for us.
Additionally, they ran out of hot coco in the free coffee bar and the receptionist had no problem helping us find some more.

One night stay before flying out of CVG. King suite was awesome. Clean spacious and staff was excellent. Will definitely stay again when traveling!

I have stayed in many Hamptons this rates the lowest. Well worn environment, lights not working in the room. Breakfast was pitiful in terms of available food and presentation. Management need to engage the post-covid "can't be bothered" attitude is very prevalent. I will not stay here again- very disappointing.

Very nice hotel. A little noisy as there is a hospital close by and you hear the sirens Very clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Would have been nice to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Also,would have been nice to have sheets changed every couple of days. Overall very nice place and would stay again.

This is a nice hotel but the layout of the room is odd. The bathroom is small and then there’s another sink in a super sma bathroom with no counter. The tv is not near the bed.

The hotel was good overall. The housekeeping skipped us twice on a 6 day stay. We only wanted housekeeping every other day, but they didn't come by. The one time they did by, they missed cleaning obvious issues in the bathroom. The separate shower room has a light switch over the sink, that turns on the fan in the shower. the shower light operates separately. And the fans sound like a 747. If you get a room with a king bed, the A/C blows directly on whoever draws that side of the bed. Nothing major, but you asked.

Really liked the floor plan, toilet with sink in one room and shower with vanity sink in another room. Friendly staff especially the lady that checked us in. They are very prompt with requests.We enjoyed the indoor pool. It would be nice if there was a shelf near the sink in the toilet area.
