Stay was good. Employees were nice & friendly. Shower did not have hot water. Many people traveling & walking the walkways from midnight- 3AM.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable - I am a picky pillow person and the pillows / bed were great. The lobby was nicely decorated for Halloween. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We traveled with our dog, who was also warmly welcomed by the staff - dog treats ready.

Multiple things need fixing like the shower water could not be turned off
And the fridge would not turn down and froze everything in it
And they were doing construction on the toom above us all were unacceptable

Pretty standard for Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn used to be our go to, but becoming less pleasant with each stay. Room was pretty clean. We're always put in a room facing the back of the hotel. Breakfast was their standard breakfast, which is good. Signing in to the internet should be 1 click, free & no nonsense. Even fast food chains make wifi simple. Said they couldn't print our receipt the next morning because we used Expedia... no other hotel has that problem, even out of the country.

I was not happy with this stay. The hotel ran out of bath towels. 2 night stay with the same towels for the weekend.

Hot tub was broken second day but worked on the next day. We didn’t get clean towels on the second day, but we weren’t told we had to request room service at check in. Desk then gave us new towels. We didn’t know that all rooms didn’t have refrigerators, but the desk got us one. Overall, the lady working the desk was awesome, but some of those things should have been told to us when we made our reservations.

Staff was super friendly and polite but what I didn’t like is the fact that I seen a dog swimming in the pool. I think that was very inconsiderate and nasty.

The stay was amazing they had an indoor pool ..Pets shouldn’t be able to get in pool and they should have a better food selection for breakfast..But everything else was great I would come back to stay again ..

The hotel is very close to Colonial Williamsburg. Room was clean and comfortable, but in need of remodeling. The staff was very nice and accommodating, especially the breakfast staff...they were amazing. The hot breakfast was delicious and different every morning.
