The staff at Parklane were very friendly. They suggested various sightseeing tours and arranged taxis for us. The hotel is located very close the Ayala Mall. The wifi was a little spotty at times.

Excellent food. Buffet selection was really good. Water could be hotter, is just warm. But I considered it to be the only negative and a very minor one at that.

Couldn't get a hot shower, not cold, just room temp. Breakfast buffett poor, dinner buffet much better. Staff are excellent

Our go to place every time we are in Cebu City. Hotel is close to many options for shopping and dining. Staff is always amazing.

I was really surprised how clean and nice this hotel is. I do love the fact you can walk-around and there are food stands in the alleyway next to the hotel. My only complaint is that it isn't a walkable distant to Ayala mall. The distance to the mall isn't far - its the safety. You have to cross 3 very busy roads and it is not safe. Dont take the risk and take a cab.

This is our go to place. Every time we go back to visit family in Philippines we spend a couple days in city either before or after. This is only place we stay. Great hotel, awesome staff. Walking distance to mall with tons of dining options. Love it here. Breakfast buffet is worth it, just FYI, it is more Filipino style but they can accommodate a little for you.

Very unfriendly staff and management. Kept reminding us that we are paying less than other guests so we don't deserve any of the amenities. Very bad for Expedia. You should consider them as one of your vendors or pay them more so they can treat Expedia guests as their other paying guests. VERY BAD.

Nice Hotel in a convenient location. Internet connection was on and off, making it difficult to communicate or get work done. Especially bad at night when the usage is high.

Cleanliness is outstanding, Food was awesome & delicious. I always go out so I didn’t have the chance to eat the buffet looks like mouthwatering, I will consider to eat in the future. Hotel is affordable. Location is great. Walking distance to Ayala Metro. I was amaze. Thank you for the wonderful & outstanding service. I was very disappointed because I asked for an ice bucket around 11pm but unfortunately the room service told me that there’s no more ice available. I can’t believe that hotel like this don’t have ice for guest. I’m not happy at all.
