Only there for one night but it was very clean and comfortable. Nice large room, perfect for my grandkids to run around. Liked that it was so close to the mall. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area!

I had a great experience at this hotel. It’s large and spacious - including the rooms. Staff was was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options. Very comfortable experience over all! I will definitely stay here again!

We did not stay long at this property. We were out before breakfast started, so we do not know how that was. Two things we did not like was the small size of the room and the carpet was dirty. This was one of the smallest rooms we have ever stayed at in the states. It was not worth $300 plus for this room, and the stay. Also we waited over 45 minutes at the airport to be picked up. So the customer service takes a hit for that. What we did like was the complementary drinks, and the person at the front desk with glasses on. He was very helpful to us.

Our reserved room smelled musty and the carpets were worn and bumpy. When we asked for a room change there was no hesitation and we were offered an upgraded room
