I liked that it was within walking distance from a lot of restaurants and bars. Also the rooms were spacious and clean. Worth the price.

linens for the cot should be placed in the room. had to go downstairs and get some from the front desk which was a ordeal.

The reservation was pre-paid. However, the hotel attempted to double bill us and it took much effort to get a potential resolution. We are still waiting to see if the double charge is removed from our credit card.

coffee and tea available,cold breakfast available if u leaving early, very peaceful, beautiful view,spacious, clean ... a bit outdated but clean and not smelly.... great location... can find parking arounds,restaurants close by.... Syracuse is not a vacation place but great for travel professionals.

Hotel was basically clean and convenient for our stay next to the mountain goat 10 miler.

Gun fire, unsafe area around the hotel and unable to get any sleep do to the excessive noise till 4am. Even being on the 11th floor didn't make a difference.

room size was a little small. Still a very good deal though!

The location for the Sky Armory was great. The staff was nice. They tried very hard to accommodate us for our large family wedding! Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was nice.

My problem was Booking.com!! When my family arrived for the wedding our reservations never went through yet we're fully paid and non refundable!! I also had the confirmation numbers. They said they were booked and they had to downgrade us to a queen room and gave our suite away! People had to leave because there wasn't enough rooms!! I was traveling with a large family group plus children. My room ended up being the size of a closet the good thing is it was clean but dated. I met a woman in the elevator that said her reservation was for a queen and they upgraded her because they didn't have one!!! Oh did I mention she checked in at the exact time as I did and I heard the conversation!!!! I had her queen and she had my suite!!!!

The location, the room was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was delicious.

Evangelique was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Very down to earth.
