Had a great room very clean and well stocked

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally warm and friendly, which was very welcome after a long drive. The hotel is clean and well kept and the room we stayed in was very spacious. Overall 10/10

Our stay at Home 2 Suites was everything we expected and more. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly.

Conveniently located off the highway. Check in and out were very quick and easy. Rooms were exactly as described with soft comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. Full size fridge was perfect for our lengthy vacation. Free breakfast (The Waffles) was a perfect start to each day. All staffing were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Well worth the stay.

In the middle of everything that's Pensacola.
Hard to get into the property and hard to get out.
Nothing but biscuits with cheese for breakfast, ok because there are other options

The bed cover had stains on it, the front desk employee said he didn’t have another room and just handed me a new bedding set!!
There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and gets stronger inside the room.
Thank God we were there for only one night on our drive back to Texas.
Will not stay there again!

I liked the set up of my room.
I didn't like moving the cart down a very long hall and unable to get the lounge cart into the room.
I didn't like that wouldn't honor my points fir the stay.
I didn't find the staff to be friendly.

I liked the location.
I liked the cleanest.
Didn't like the difficulty in bring luggage to my room th cart is difficult to manag on the carpet.
I did not like that they would not give me my reward points.

Everything was excellent. I used the app to check in and out so I did not see anyone at the desk but when I went down for breakfast the staff was super friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to highway I-10 but unfortunately it’s a little dirty. Our pillows were stained and looked very nasty, the sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. There were a bunch of towels on the hallway that were never picked up and made the place looked bad. Breakfast was ok no oatmeal or bacon it was kind of disappointing.

I had a studio double bed queen room. The room was big a spacious. My only complaint is that the room needs to have more than one TV. The TV was stationed in front of the sofa area. And on the other side of the room you could see the TV from the beds.
