I have stayed in this many time in the past 10 years or so. It’s a great place to stay with great staff.

Staff offered us upgrade to suite for baht 550 per night upon check-in, promised a suite with one king sized bed plus a queen size extra bed at higher floor, but turned out no difference or even worse off with only one king size bed plus a small single roll-out bed at middle floor (we booked 2 double bed originally coz we have 3 persons travel together). Never seen suite with this size before either. Don’t fall into this kind of trap.

Convenient location close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Staff was super helpful and large, delicious breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but out of all the hotels I have stayed at in the past when I visited Bangkok, this one had the best service!
The staff were extremely professional, and the navigators at the hotel assisted me in arranging two very timely airport transfers (Had a few options for vehicles and we selected the S Class which was very clean and clearly well-maintained).
The hotel was a stone's throw away from Erawan Shrine and centralwOrld. Even though we called Grab for most of our outings, the Chit Lom BTS station was right outside the hotel.
The room was very clean and the bed was amazing.

The door to the toilet (room 1423) cannot be closed smoothly as it is tight. Need to force close it. The electrical outlet inside the toilet was exposed one time but the technician came to rectify on the same day

Just beside Chidlom BTS. Walking distance to Central world and Big C. Platinium fashion mall is a little far but nice walking.

She (sorry that I did not remember her name) gave me a cup of iced tea upon my arrival, which I needed most at that time because I was really thirsty after spending a lot of time in transportation. The hotel room was spacious. There was a BTS station within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel which was very convenient.

Located at the heart of Siam, it is convenient to get to the shopping malls. Staff were very friendly and hotel was clean.
