Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and again the staff were very welcoming. Look forward to staying again

Great staff and even better breakfast chef. Only concern was that the chic, stylish, black tile in the shower was slippery. Has feel of a cozy, family-run hotel.

Excellent small hotel for couples on holiday, great location near the waterfront and Queen Street shopping. Very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff service. Onsite restaurant has first class food. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very kind and I had a comfortable time.
The interior seems to be very cute and it was very nice. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel when I visit Auckland again

Great spot. Stayed before. Only two gripes, please bring back valet parking and you will never get the views of other 5 star hotels in Auckland which overlook the water. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely perfect in terms of every other aspect including staff willing to go above and beyond to assist.

Hotel Debrett is a hotel i choose to stay at regularly when I am in Auckland for business.
The hotel is within walking distance to most things you need in the city, there are great dining options at the hotel and nearby, the rooms are spacious with a comphy bed, and most importantly the staff are fantastic greeting you with a smile and always extremely helpful

Quant and retro hotel. Bar is cozy. Room was very hot as air conditioning was not working properly. Breakfast was underwhelming. Scone was advertised as plain but chocolate turned up. Bacon was cut very thick. Coffee was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable although hard to sleep as hot. Unlikely stay again.
