This hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is close to everything! There is a restaurant in the hotel, as well as some great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

The property and room itself was fine. However, my specific room was very cold despite adjusting and even turning off the AC controls. They sent text messages upon check in and the next morning asking if I needed anything and to reach out if I did. Which I did, but never received a response. They apologized at check out but my guest and I were still uncomfortably cold whenever we were in our room.

I love this hotel. It’s usually very quiet and restful. This stay was far from quiet! At 2:30 am people were slamming doors and arguing in the hallway outside my door. No I did not call. I just wanted to go back to sleep!!

I loved everything about this Hotel. The Host and Hostess were very helpful. The location is in the middle of everything that you would need in a trip.

Pretty nice room for a king size. Included a side couch for additional sleeper. The bed was super soft, which I like! I'd stay here again.

Was given the wrong room number
hotel card was turning red and other guest in that room was disturbed by the confusion. Was told our room was 333 but it was 303. When we arrived to our room we found that the bathroom wasn’t clean, found hair on the countertop, black marks in the shower and floor was dirty. During our stay our shower drain wasn’t working so we informed front desk.

Shoutout to Candice who made my check in a breeze. She worked hard to let me check in a little early and I was able to do so. Everything about the hotel was immaculate. Also, shoutout to Tiffany for the excellent housekeeping service! LOVE this property! I would rate it 100 stars if I could! :)

Overall the property was great. Very clean, placed great for shopping. Melissa at the bar and Candice at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. San Quinta and the from desk was also friendly as well.

From check in to check out, this hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating. They have ample parking, and do not charge extra for parking like other hotels. They have a restaurant and bar on site, and within walking distance to shopping and other places to dine and drink.
The space in the room was very well thougjt out, with the guest in mind. Plenty of walking room and mulitple places to sit besides the bed. They have a refrigerator, microwave, in room safe, and a coffee maker. Whoever designed these rooms, definitely had their guests needs in mind! They sent me a text within 30 minutes of checking in, and asked if everything was okay with our room, and if we needed anything. What a fantastic touch! They also texted me the next morning before check out, to ensure all was well. Bravo Cambria Chandler Fashion Center. We will definitely return!
