I booked the hotel to relax at the pool. I was informed after checkout that the pool was closed. Getting a refund from the hotel has been very trying. It was not listed on this app that the pool was not available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying, and I cannot thank the team enough for such an enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. I particularly appreciated the view, bed comfort, or room service, The attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. The views from the property/pool are now totally obscured by the new F1 grandstand and it is also NOT on the Corniche. However, it is very close to Jeddah Yacht Club (JYC) and Marina, which is an amazing place and within walking distance. The construction going on next door was not really an issue but mainly the views now are of car parks which service the F1, when it’s in town.

The views from the property/pool are now totally obscured by the new F1 grandstand and it is also NOT on the Corniche. However, it is very close to Jeddah Yacht Club (JYC) and Marina, which is an amazing place and within walking distance. The construction going on next door was not really an issue but mainly the views now are of car parks which service the F1, when it’s in town.

The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped inside the hotel. Special thanks to the Manager Mr Dirar Yakhlef for his hospitality and for taking care of every small detail in person. The reception personnel are so helpful and welcoming special thx to Amir and Arif from the restaurant also the cleaning staff who went out of their way to help me charge my phone. The tools are spacious, clean and so quiet it’s definitely worth visiting

We stayed at an Expedia VIP property, the perks were not offered by the Hotel, they informed us that these are not applicable to the Hotel Property. Overall the staff customer service level needs to be definitely improved. The Area around the property is decent some attractions such as the Mall, Little Asia are near by, also, the F1 Track for Jeddah is right across from the hotel which might be a benefit in the upcoming months. Stay was good. However, many things related to customer service and amenities can be improved and enhanced.

The staff are absolutely wonderful here; so welcoming and warm - especially with kids and they all made sure our stay was extra comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again next time we're in Jeddah.
