Utrecht is a beautiful city. We went to the centrum by bicycle. We appreciate kayaking in the canal and have our dinner nearby. Castle de Haar is amazing.

This is our second home. Been staying here every year for the past 5 years. We love the fact that you can walk to everything. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Best place to stay in Utrecht

Couldn’t fault this place - we had the luxury studio - everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom, easy to find, good parking.

The lighting inside the room was terrible. A few spotlights and that was about it. The self-checkin was a bit annoying You better bring your own toiletries because you just get a small soap and a tiny little cointainer of showergel.

Nice accommodation and location next to canal. Reasonable walk to Utrecht, or easy bus. Mostly automated check-in, etc.

Despite saying staff were around they were not. The ground floor restaurant is separate. They will not help. We assumed we could use the restaurant as guests. Rhe hotel dalls between 2 stolls. Some of the faciluties forca hotel are not there but equallythe apartment approach meabs guests are left to get on with it.

This was a great one night stopover, particularly handy if you have a vehicle but still want the flexibility of being able to walk into town in a short time, 40mins in fact. Bed very comfortable, amenities were excellent, you were completely left to your own devices.

A very nice and quiet location only a breakfast opportunity is missing at this hotel. A vending machine in the lobby with an Apple Pay solution could work but didn’t on my IPhone at least. But got a very nice room upgrade. Super friendly and skilled staff.

All brand new and well maintained. Only there was no TV connection, only internet and youtube TV. TV connection with the usual european an dutch stations would have been much appreciated!!

Great room with kitchen, however no shops close by. Only two coffee capsules for three days for two people

Staff were really friendly. The first we were given had a dirty toilet. We informed the hotel reception and they immediately agreed and placed us in a different room that was much better. Facility and staff were good!

I like that there was a tiny kitchen in the hotelroom. Everything was fine

The stay was great. No problems with the room, it was clean, quiet and quite spacious due to having a kitchen, which was really useful if you want to do your own catering, with fridge, stove, etc. Be careful if you do self-cater as you will need to walk about 1km+ to get to supermarkets so time it well before they close or bring food in already bought. Big sofa and TV. The bed was big and comfy. The only potential issue is that the duvet is quite thick (winter style) and I was there during 38/39C heat. So you end up trying to create a balance between the aircon (colder=louder) and the thick duvet. Probably great in winter. The only complaint was that previous visitors had left both YoutTube and Netflix logged in with Spanish and Polish. It took quite a while to log out of Netflix, and even worse I could not log out of YouTube when everything is in Polish. Would be really useful if the this was automated to log out on check out and reset to English or Dutch by default. Checkin and checkout was really easy. Its totally automated - so get used to it if you're one to complain about no reception. In NL this is becoming quite common. I would probably get annoyed if I had to end up queueing behind lost of people who are struggling with this concept - but I didn't have to wait for anyone on checkin/out. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay again.

Great stay! Convenient public transportation. Great view.

There’s no reception, you have to check yourself in. Otherwise it’s a clean and spacious hotel. I’d recommend it.
