Gorgeous location and amazing staff

We had a very nice experience. We’re 4 girlfriends. Beautiful place, nice and neat. The personal (Vero, Eduardo and Jaime) were amazing. So kind and very happy people. No complains at all. Best decision ever. We’ll be back soon. Thank you so much guys. You made our stayed so delightful.

Wilber was very helpful friendly and professional.
The food was good but next door’s food at casa Baru was better. Great place to relax.
The only thing I didn’t like was the smell that came out of the sink drain in the bathroom.
It stunk up the whole room.
It was the grand room, number one.

Although the property is nice, we did not have running water in the shower. We complained multiple times to staff and situation was poorly handled. Drops of water would come out making it impossible to shower. We also requested extra towels and blankets and were denied. Although our initial impression of the hotel was positive, we will not be staying here again because of how poorly we were treated and how our complaint was ignored.

The staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive. We will definitely return. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was served fresh every morning. I highly recommend it to other travelers.

I didn’t like this place because of the I booked the room but it wasn’t that big and the bedroom so small, not as you expected as the hotel room

Perfect location, beautiful amenities and wonderful staff. The room was spacious comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was served every morning and it was always very good. We had dinner from next door restaurant… Gitano and we loved it. miss it already! Will be coming back!
