I have stayed at adina for many times over the years. The location cannot be beaten: close to shopping museums n restaurants n a block away from a n u bahns n trams. I stayed here onn3 separate occasions during the month. The first room was not cleaned properly resulting in me wiping down surfaces n an odor to it. The second n the third stay rooms are fine. Unfortunately the hotel has seen better days n need to be renovated with holes in upholstery n carpets (with damp smell). Unlike the Frankfurt n Hamburg adina hotels they r more updated n clean. It’s still a great hotel but needs freshen up desperately.

Carpets in the hallways need cleaning. Washer smelled bad and needs cleaning. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast area was not big enough for all the guests.

Hotel is generally good and in a great location. Right next to S-Bahn and very close to Mitte - endless dining options, bars and shopping. Rooms were tired though - scuffs and marks from previous guests not attended to, bathroom shower recess was full of mould. Disappointing that the property is let down by such easy fixes.

Loved the location. Stones throw from Museum Island. Nice folks at reception. But please clean up your rooms. Desperately need new carpet.

I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so high - it's average at best. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the floor wasn't very clean. It is in a nice area, just don't expect too much from the hotel itself.

We stayed in a studio apartment for 3 nights and are so happy that we did. From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the decor in the studio was slick and chic, the size of the was fantastic fantastic, the beds were extremely comfy and you could not hear a pin drop it was so quiet having the studio at the back. You cannot fault the location it is central to everything. I would definitely stay here again if ever retuning back to Berlin.

Staff were polite cheerful and helpful. Location very convenient for transportation to various places of interest. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious room. Quiet. Very handy to trains, restaurants. This is third time staying. We would have stayed on our return from Netherlands but the rate was three times!!! what we paid.Very hard to justify that much of an increase so we have booked elsewhere. Recommend when rates realistic.

Great hotel in the perfect area in Berlin, right next to two train stations and nice accommodations. I wish the linens were better but overall okay

The kitchette suite was very good

Location is excellent. The room is OK. The carpet is quite gross. I don’t think it was ever vacuumed. The toilet flush was covered right behind the toilet seat cover. So, I had to teach the toilet seat cover for each flush. Bad design, isn’t it? Housekeeping is every 3rd day, and a subpar work at that. Tissues were not refilled. I had to buy my own at a local grocery store. Half-ass effort of making the beds. No washer/dryer in the facility which was advertised as available at the time I made a reservation. For the price paid, I expected better.

Very central, close to s bahn, buses and tram. Busy out on the surrounding areas, however once you step inside the hotel it’s very quiet

Location, Location, Location! Loved this hotel- great to have an apartment in the center of it all. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed, all the essentials and the place was clean! Highly recommend and will stay at an Adina hotel again.

Great with a family room with a seperate bedroom close to a nice area if you’re traveling with children. However the cleanliness was so so poor. There was old food scraps in the refrigerator, dust, dirt everywhere. And the room smelled of the worst perfume ever. Took us 2 days before we couldn’t smell it anymore with windows being open all the time. There was even blood stains under the sheet. To times we told reception we needed it to be cleaned and new trash bags nothing happened. Could really need some new cleaning staff! Really nice they had a balcony but we couldn’t use it, it was filled with pigeons day and night and not to mention the bird poop on railings and furniture. But if you’re in to all that, great areas with restaurants, shopping and playgrounds.
