The hotel and crew are amazing.

This is a great hotel to stay for foreigners and family! Has big hot bath Japanese style and has lots of culture sessions you can take at the hotel and tons of restaurants in the building! One station away from Kyoto station and convenient stores 7/11 is right next to it. The service is very attentive and not one of those trendy hotel but hardly do any service but only say “no”.

Very very impressed with the room, had lots of space to spread out and felt at home. The only downside was the baths, was not aware it was a naked onsen and separated men and women and thought when booked the hotel they were regular jacuzzzis

Very spacious room and brand new furnitures. Staff are helpful and can speak English. The roof top and hot bath are very nice.

Out of all the hotels we stayed at for our Japan trip, This hotel was the cleanest and most friendly for our kids. They even put up guardrails on the bed for our kids and offered kids bags upon arrival which had some slippers in them. We enjoyed the public spa. We really liked that there was a bus 300 that stops right at the hotel doors. We used this to get to Kyoto station on our last day. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again.

The property and staff was excellent, very clean beautiful hotel. The location was nice and quiet, there was a bit of walking if you want to get to the main food area but out of the hustle bustle. The only real negative of this hotel is their laundry facility. The clothes take so long to dry. I dried my clothes for 3 hours and spent a lot of money on this however the clothes did not get close to drying. I had to take it to the laundry mat the next morning. There was only 4 machines and there was a line an outside to use it. People waited close to 2 hours in line down the corridor.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of tasty options. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, making our stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a great value for the money, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is extremely near to the train station. So, if you are visiting Kyoto, I would recommend to stay at this place for convenience!

Nice place to stay

The hotel property is beautiful and easy to access (has a sky walkway to reach the JR station from hotel directly) The on site bath/onsen was kept very clean and it was a delight to take a bath there after a long day of walking. The room was also very comfortable and amenities (toiletries, bottled water, etc) were replenished daily by housekeeping

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Great location and effecient staffs. Plus factor is the rooftop overlooking Kyoto

Excellent hotel highly recommend

The room size is sufficient. It’s the only hotel out of the four hotels we stayed during our Japan trip actually had our pre check-in stored luggages ready in our room when we finally checked in at night. A small gesture like that goes a long way.

An amazing hotel. Built in 2020, a lot of vouchers provided upon checking in, free public bath use, amazing rooms and excellent and patient staff. Location is very convenient, right next to the train station.

Wonderful place, room size is big. Only concern is no parking place and needs park at private car park.

In the lobby, there was amazing service and free drinks and small snacks for samples with a great big bowl of candy on the front desk. The kids loved it so much they would get one each day. In the room, there were 4 beds, one for each person. It was clean and had lots of space. The bathroom was very big and had a separate room for a sink, shower/bath and toilet. The onsen and breakfast was very good. Very close to train station. There are restaurants in the same building also
