24 hour gate and the area is very silent. No need to walk for long to reach groceries and some public transportation points.

Good Clear Cable. Wi-Fi come and go . The Food is good. 10 minutes Ride to the Main Street for Shopping and Malls in Tricycle for 8 pesos each. Nice Hot shower. Good Customer service...

For me Residenz Guesthouse is a nice place to stay, I like it a very quiet place. Staff was very accommodating.

Convenient to Cebu airport, great seafood restaurant nearby, friendly and clean residential area.

Hotel is clean pleasant and good service. For more improvement They should consider providing laundry service if not allow guest to use their washing machine. They can consider provide a microvave oven. And the main area lobby television should be for guest only. Most of the time the hotel staff or family are watching the tv which was supposed to be meant for guest. That explain there is seldom any guest that hangs out at the common/reception area. I hope they can allow me to use their motor for short distance ride to tita gwapa to buy groceries and food at 7-11 as walking is quite far.

Hotel is spectacular for the price. Service and staff A1. Rooms big and clean. Great dependable wifi. Close to airport relatively speaking. I love this place and will be staying there again. The only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because the location is not close to anything, about a 10 minute walk to 7 eleven, no western style or other fancy restaurants anywhere nearby. No shopping nearby either. You have to call or walk quite a way for a taxi. But I do recommend it especially if you are on a budget, don't let the low price fool you, very nice place. VERY HOT WATER IN SHOWER! LOVE IT!

close to airport and also just what we needed. a twin bed room. with privacy and linked washroom facilities with AC. Just that when i had to extend my stay for a night, I was charged a little more by hotels.com

Staff were welcoming and friendly, the building was clean and secure and the room was very nice. The cable tv did not work and the description does not state that the bathroom is shared. Apart from that, a good stay.
