Probably one of the best hotels in Tirana, amazing location. Wonderful spa, only negative was the reception tried to say we had room only booked, rather than with breakfast, so i had to dig out my booking and no apology was made. Other than that, loved it

Suite was cold and uncomfortable. Beds were good. Bathroom connects to bedroom with windows which is annoying as my husband was trying to sleep and lightnin the bathroom glares in. Check in was unwelcoming. Its overpriced for what it is. Melia and intercontinental are being built and inwould suggest staying there. Location is amazing.

You wont go wrong booking this hotel . Definitely a 5 star property. Excellent location for exploring the city woth a good upstairs bar for relaxing at night and enjoying the city lights .

A well positioned hotel with engaging and helpful staff. Breakfast choices are substantial and well prepared. Our driver was knowledgeable and interesting very willing to share his experience of life in Albania.

Its the best Hotel in Tirana but they really need to fix their ac. My room had constantly issues and we had a little baby very disappointed

Great location, stylish and clean. The only down side is that our NON-Smoking room had a smell of smoke as soon as you walked in. You could especially smell it on the curtains.
I have an extremely sensitive smell and this was a huge disappointment especially because we paid good amount of money for a suite. The views were nice.
I would not stay here again.

The location is the best. Everything you need will be at walking distance ie restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were big and nicely furnished . We did not find anything outdated. The staff was super nice and check in was quick and flawless. We rented a car to go south and it worked out very well. The hotel had free parking which was very convenient because street parking is challenging. We walked everywhere in Tirana.

Quick and pleasant check in. Room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable and great view on 21 floor. Breakfast was excellent and staff friendly especially our room cleaner. Great central location.
