Breakfast was OK, area was full of small shops and very few good restaurants. Canal room turned out to be nothing special. Window marked don't open looking on unattractive canal. Staff were friendly.

The a/c wasn’t cooling our first night but maintenance fixed it and it worked really well after that. I couldn’t get the TV to stay on. Seemed like it was in demo mode and kept showing the features. I was able to watch some Olympic events but then lost signal. The pool and gym were very nice. We enjoyed both of those amenities very much!

My kids (15 and 10) and I had a wonderful stay at the Nuovo City Hotel. It is a great little, well located property. We were very comfortable and well looked after. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and rooftop area lovely for taking a break from the city, and the breakfast was great. Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There cute family friendly restaurants within feet from the hotel doors, and it is walking distance to all sorts of things including a wide variety of street food, Khao San Rd, and the ferry to the main attractions and other neighborhoods. Highly recommended!

Overall nice stay at this hotel. We had breakfast each morning which had a great selection of foods from sweet to savory. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We want to eat outside and they setup a table for us. Great value for the area.

I made the mistake of visiting in the middle of a record-breaking heat wave. That hotel was so lovely that it made staying indoors bearable.

We stayed in Bangkok during a heat wave. Staff were very accommodating. Food service was great atvthe pool. Bellmen were amazing at helping us with rides. Tour desk was also very helpful. Great hotel in great location!

Loved our stay!! Hotel is in a great location where you can walk or take a grab for just a few mins ride to see main attractions. There’s also 7/11 right next door which was super convenient. There’s bunch of restaurants, massage and laundry places just across. They offer money exchange & have a nice kids club next to the pool!! ;) the only complain was a super slippery shower so hard to wash a toddler but otherwise super happy with the stay!! :) Staff are extra nice & helpful. AC was super cold!!!
