This is my second stay and they were consistent and just as wonderful. Both times we had several rooms and everyone was impressed and happy with their stay.
The people that work there really make it a special place. So friendly!

Excellent place to stay- plus, I left my phone in the room and didnt notice until after check out- and they mailed it to me! So beyond thankful - there are good people/companys in this work! Cheers to them. I'll be back for sure!

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice big rooms.
Cons: Rooms are NOT soundproofed as advertised. Had to move rooms after having limited sleep for 2 days after being able to hear next doors conversations almost word for word. New room provided and then could hear the lift going up and down! The deciding factor when booking the room was the fact it was advertised as soundproofed as I knew we would be knackered after exploring NYC all day. Unfortunately based on this I would not book again.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Artezen. Everyone provides excellent customer service, from the doorman and front desk staff, to the rooftop restaurant. Management clearly sets a high standard to ensure you enjoy a quality experience. Stephanie is a genuine asset to an outstanding team. We look forward to staying here again.

I am always struck by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Also, after staying at another hotel just after where I got poor sleep, I further appreciate the comfort of the beds here.

The view was not good. When I opened the curtains, there was a man I the roof across looking in the room

Loved the property. Loved my room. The gym was nice and the rooftop bar/lounge was amazing. Will definitely be staying there again!
