Right off the water and the food was delicious.

Staff are very friendly, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Property on a nice location of the beach. Dinners were outstanding. The only thing I didnt like was the lunch, tried sandwiches (nothing on them) Pizza was expensive and didnt taste like a pizza. Dinners were outstanding.

The property is small & intimate. The rooms are very boho & a little dated. Beds are comfy. The hotel maintained power even through hurricane Beryl so that was amazing!

Great location - Right on Seven Mile Beach. The water was about 20 steps from our door. Staff was warm and friendly including Ms. Monica in Housekeeping, Ms. Keisha at reception and bellhop Mr. M (can't remember his full name, middle age gentleman). Restaurant on property as well as close by.

Beautifully decorated .... old charm ... authentic! So many options to choose from when you walk out to the beautiful 7 Mile Beach. Charela has one of the most beautiful settings on the beach. You can sit in a lounge chair right under a large beautiful palm tree and take in an endless warm breeze. The bed was comfortable in our ocean view room. The room was cozy and quiet....

This was our second time in a row staying at Charela. We love the beach it is probably the nicest beach on seven mile. The rooms are clean and well appointed. What we dislike about Charela is the lack of friendliness from the staff, especially the female staff. The cleaning ladies are very friendly as is the doorman. The serving staff however is not. The women do not smile, the front desk ladies aren't overly friendly, restaurant service is poor, with the exception of one older lady, not sure of her name, she was awesome. Restaurant prices are far too high for what you get but there are other options near by. The beach is well kept and the beach security is on point! I would stay again, I'm just more prepared for what to expect from the serving staff.

Was our first time staying at this Charella Inn and it was a great experience. This will be our new goto stay in Negril. The grounds are very well maintained, the service was excellent and the food was even better. All around an exceptional hotel right on the beautiful 7 mile beach!
