The bed sheets had stains but other than that room was good.

My overall experience was pleasant. The only hiccup was that I was unable to check-in during my initial arrival because the system was down and I had to wait for over an hour to gain access to my room.

Everything was really clean. We were coming from way out of town and let us check in a few minutes early. The staff was very nice friendly and helpful.

While the hotel itself seemed up to date, it was not clean yet smelled of sour mop. The toilet from whoever stayed last had not been flushed. The room was wet with humidity, sheets and floors damp. When we went to leave, we grabbed our luggage cart to find the elevators we just used the night before , both broken. It took us 2 trips up and down 5 flights of stairs to just to leave this icky hotel.

Amazing stay…!!

Stay was nice very clean room and they providing essentials for comfortable stay. Drive to beach among other locations weren't bad hwy is very easy to access. The only complaint I have was when it came to breakfast time there was one particular staff member hoovering around me as if I was going to run off with the coffee pot or something had she at least said good morning to make it less awkwardness the other staff members were great and friendly and they went about their business making sure everything was nice and fully stocked. As for the cream police lady around my shoulder she needs to be a little more like them. I like my coffee made halfways with 4 creams my apologies if that's a crime geez. Overall if you're looking to stay here I do recommend it.

Housekeeping staff was very rude and unprofessional. Overheard them speaking negatively about guests while I was within earshot, and started banging on my door relentlessly 5 minutes after checkout time after I told them I was just getting my bags to the door. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I left feeling very disgusted simply by the treatment and rudeness of the daytime staff.

Very clean, conveniently located for my roadtrip, breakfast was pretty good and friendly staff all around. Rooms are spacious enough, comfortable beds and linens, Dove toiletries. All around a good property for what I needed.

Property was immaculate. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Was in town for move-in to UWF. I’d suggest to anyone looking for a place to stay close to campus.

This holiday in express is a brand new hotel. It was very clean, very comfortable and the staff was sooo nice! Breakfast was nice as well. Eggs bacon sausage biscuits pancakes bagels fruit oatmeal… and so much more. I would definitely stay here again!!

Swimming pool needs better attention there is mold growing on the inside of pool . The staff was awesome check in and out was very easy . I will stay again the next time i come .

Exceptionally clean! This property had everything I needed for a quick trip and breakfast was not bad at all. 5 mins from beach. Staff and front desk lady was nice. They recommended great options for dinner. Excellent stay.

The area was convenient. The staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Shower was barely lukewarm. It was an odor in the room by the bed. I thought it was coming from the foot rest thingy, so we moved it and found a smelly sock left from another guest with pills underneath it. Thankfully my toddler didn’t get a hold of the pills. Other than that, the property was okay.

The property appears to be quite new and is well maintained. The employees at the check in counter were pleasant. The room itself was clean and comfortable, other than some minor wear and tear. Continental breakfast was a huge plus and the employees who provided the food were very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I would stay at this hotel again, without question

Brand new, opened 2 months ago. Everything is pristine.

Tv didn’t work for the first 2 nights but they fixed it by the 3rd day. Everything else was fine.

Breakfast was not good and coffee was really bad.
