What an amazing weekend away. The perfect place for a weekend get away. The rooms were outstanding, the service was impeccable and the facilities were fantastic. Will definitely be back soon.

We had a brilliant weekend stay at The Nici. this really is a first class hotel. The rooms are a good size, beds huge and comfy, staff very efficient and friendly. Great location for the BIC and town centre. the outdoor pool is luxurious and warm. The new restaurant is fun and lively on a Saturday night. No complaints at all. Well worth the money and will be returning.

Pros: the place is very clean, bed was comfy, staff were friendly. Mid: food wasn't great, facilities were a little dated, room was a tad basic, drink selection wasn't great. The air dryers in the loos were almost unusable. Poor: the spa Jacuzzi was broken, the sauna didn't work one day, there were kids in the spa Sunday morning before time. Also for some reason the distance between the tap and the sink in the bathroom was too low and it shouldn't be that much of a bother but it annoyed me every time. Not the 5 star experience I was expecting.

When You Rang Up They Say Something Completely Different To In Their Messages When They Did Reply, Had A Load Of Can’t Dos. When We Got To The Hotel They Told Us That Our Son Couldn’t Use The Indoor Swimming Pool Only For 1 Hour A Day. We Booked This Hotel Specifically For The Pool For Him Ridiculous. went Down To Get Drinks And Was Charged £5! For A Bottle Of Water As There Was No Waters In The Room. Wanted To Charge Us £15 Quid For A Quilt For Our Son To Sleep On The Sofa With As They Said The Room Catered For 3 And Actually Didn’t. Views Where Lovely, Hotel Room Was Clean, Didn’t Like That There Was Just Random People Not From The Hotel Using The Facilities Specially When You Pay £500 For A Room A Night For it. They Said They Would Take The Parking Out Of The 100 Deposit Which They Didn’t They Charged It Straight To My Card. Currently Day 3 Of Waiting For My Deposit To Be Reimburse. Other Guests Where Claiming Sun Beds By Putting Towels On Them Even Though They Wasn’t Using Them, Members Of Staff Was Telling Us To Get Off Their Sun Beds, Even Though Another Guest Said They Hadn’t Been Used All Day. So We Had To Sit On The Floor With Our Towels. Overall Prices For Drinks Was Ridiculously Priced, We Orders A Candy Floss Drink At £16!

My husband and I went to the Nici for 4 days. Everything was lovely about the hotel the staff, the service, the amenities and the location. Will definitely be back to visit again. We had a suite on the first floor which overlooked the pool and sea and was a really good size. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the breakfast for £26. It was a bit chaotic in there and the quality wasn’t good for the price. There were no gluten-free options that I saw. Most of it looked like it was just off the supermarket shelf and when I had avocado on toast, it was the pre-mixed one not a cut up fresh avocado. I think this is the only only thing that let the hotel down and should be changed. Could also do with some hands on management.

Beautiful stay. Only wished we stayed longer. Welcome drinks were a nice touch Would say if you dont have to kids to mot come in summer holidays as the pool and spa arent peaceful and are dominated by kids

Our 4 night stay at the Nici was excellent. The room very clean and luxurious. The shower was second to none for water pressure. The balcony was very spacious with table and chairs plus 2 sun beds which we used every day. The hotel facilities and outside pool area were excellent too. The enjoyable breakfasts had great choice and we ate in the restaurant every night and enjoyed their meals too. The Nici is an excellent hotel and you get what you pay for. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel, excellent service, relatively new . One of the best looking places in Bournemouth. Good location , close to beach. Indoor pool wasn’t great, could be more inline with other 5 star hotels and have more space as very tight with only 8 or so seating. Food could be better, pitched as a 5 star hotel but I don’t think it is hence the reduced score given the expectation versus reality.

The property is well kept with nice restaurants. However, the staff in both hotel and restaurants are not particularly helpful and the property isn’t as family friendly as originally expected with a single small lift (our pram barely fit) and lack of easy ramp access to the outdoor area and poolside restaurant. We also didn’t expect the additional charges including £27/day valet parking (with no other parking option) and £22/person breakfast - we ended up having to move the car ourselves and waited 45 minutes for our breakfast, making these charges even more difficult to justify.
