My brother and I had a lovely stay at the Urban Pod Hotel in Room 6! The room was cozy and very clean. I've read some reviews with complaints about the mattresses and the shower, but both things were definitely no issues for us, at least not in the room we had. Maybe it depends on what you're used to, but I found both the mattress and the shower very comfortable. It was no more then a 10/15 minute walk to the city centre, but the surrounding of the hotel itself was very quiet. Last but not least, the customer service was great. The host is very kind and we were even able to leave our suitcase in the room on the day of checking out to do some last sightseeing in the city. We will definitely be coming back here if we're ever visiting Liverpool again!

I was travelling as a solo female traveller and stayed here for 3 nights. Property was clean and rooms were quiet. I was in a 22 mixed pod room and felt safe and everyone kept to themselves. There's a privacy curtain and a light and charging ports in each pod. The shared bathrooms took some getting used to and the one's on the third floor with the pods had some not-great-quality showers so I ended up walking downstairs to level 2 for bathroom and shower facilities which was a bit frustrating. All the staff are super friendly and nice and the kitchen is clean and quiet. The common spaces are also quiet but people are friendly. I used the washer and dryer, although some things weren't 100% dry after the dryer, like hoodies, it was clean. You do need to provide your own detergent. There aren't any lifts in the building and there are three floors of rooms, excluding ground floor. For the price, and the area it was a good fit. If I was to stay at a hostel in Edinburgh again I would consider staying here again.

Lovely overnight stay with my son to go to a Liverpool game. Room very clean and nicely decorated. Bed very comfy. Very quiet stay. No staff on site which I wondered how would work but it was actually very well done. Thanks

I like the style and cleanliness. Tea making facilties. Complimentry water and food left in the lobby. Clear instructions for entry into the building. Highly recommended. Thank you.
