Breakfast is really good Special thanks to the kitchen staff: Mr Barkat, always checking in to make sure all is good with Staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly Clean Room, Comfortable and well-equipped 5-7 mins walk for Masjid al - Nabawi Water temperature is always hot, especially taking shower. Room AC Cooling need to be fixed doing less cooling

It was 5 mins from Masjid Al Nawabi. Room carpets need cleaning otherwise it was good.

When we arrived there were so many people staying at the hotel that going in and out of the building was a chore in itself. However when the crowd dissipated since they went on to wherever they were supposed to go, things did get toned down by a lot. Though the staff was beyond professional and services were exceeded expectations, the building and the rooms are quite dated. The air conditioning in our room didn't effectively work cool us down.

An outdated hotel that used to be Movenpick but run down and falling apart. Staff are lovely and trying everything to keep it going until much required renovation is due on the whole place. However, this does not help when you just want a clean room to relax and you have to change room twice due to uncleanliness. One of the rooms smelt damp and next morning, I woke up with a cough. I looked behind bed and there was damp and mild growing on the carpet. Breakfast was lovely and staff are trying extremely hard to go out of their way to please you. Same with front desk staff, all lovely people. Hotel is in very good location to mosque and shops. Also not far from the Quba walkway. The price has to reflect the Hotel condition.

Very nice hope affordable especially on this time of the year in Ramadan where everything else is so expensive. The hotel is nice a little bit old fashion furniture but very clean. 15 mins walk from masjid and from shopping, otherwise the staff’s is very kind and helpful/ Nothin to complain about. I spend 5 days and really enjoyed it!

Pros: Hotel is at the front side of Roza (gate 365). From where you access Riaz Ul Jannah, his blessed Roza, and Jannat ul Baqi. Within minutes of walking you will be standing in front of the Green Dome. Cons: Hotel itself is quite dated and requires major renovation. This also impacts level of cleanliness despite efforts from cleaning staff. I also noticed that other IHG properties clean your room everyday and make sure there are towels etc. which was not the case here. Front staff was very friendly and prompt to address our requests.

The hotel was good. Not too much staff around. Easy to walk to the Masjid. Sahoor food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rugs need cleaning

Nice helpful staff. Elevators always accessible. Location really good. 5 mins from mosque and 8 mins from salaam gate
