We stayed two nights and had a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome from start to finish. The food was excellent, featuring a diverse menu that catered wonderfully to various tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality of meals provided. Additionally, our rooms were very clean and tidy, which added to our comfort. We're eagerly looking forward to our next visit and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a friendly, delicious, and clean getaway. We will definitely come back again!

This was a stopover in Kandy for 1 night. Property is really nice with an infinity pool and amazing views. The rooms were large but do need an update as they look a little tired. Perhaps a quick paint will change them completely. Bathroom was very nice Staff were really nice Food was average but we are comparing this hotel to our amazing hotel in Sigiriya

Enjoyed staying here. We had the suit so I cannot comment on the other rooms as I see some reviews shows the rooms are bit on the smaller side. We had a nice spacious clean room overlooking the mountains. The food was amazing and service was great ! They have parking on site with security. We definitely will be back.

Wonderful stay at The Grand Serendip Hotel. We only stayed one night, but wanted to stay for longer, it was that good. We stayed in a suite and it was really nice. The room had a great balcony with beautiful views, lots of lovely amenities and free water. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The pool area is small but adequate for relaxing. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and they provide excellent service! They welcomed us with a lovely welcome drink and cool towel. Food was delicious, breakfast was included and offered a wide range of options, including local dishes and fruit. The only feedback I would provide is to improve pre trip communication. I emailed several times to gain help organising airport transport, but received no reply. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Holy night” on repeat from 7am to 10pm for the first 2 days, I couldn’t cope with the third night of that and the manager didn’t fix the issue when I spoke to him about it. Avoid room 302 if you want a quiet stay.

This property is a must stay! We felt welcomed, our room was excellent and as Americans… the accommodations were comfortable including the bed. The panoramic view is beautiful and near cultural and historic sites. I would have stayed here atleast another night had I known what I was in for.
