I came for a 1 night stay with my son. We had a wonderful time. I know this area very well. It can be a nightmare for parking but if you time it right, you can get lucky. I live in san diego and would come back here for another staycay. It's not the Ritz but it is worth the price. Alice was wonderful at the front desk

Location is amazing. Didn’t realize I was getting 2 twin beds instead of double queen. It’s very simple but it works. Also you need to reserve parking which I didn’t find out until after booking, so prepare for that. Staff was very helpful and in this super busy area, it was nice and quiet.

Not quiet at all. A machine right under our window woke us up @ 0200hrs. Property is right on the boardwalk, which is nice, but it's also very noisy.

Awesome property, right on the beach, close to everything and public transport. The only problem was that the room was DARK. Like almost not lights. The lamp next to the bed cast more light than the ceiling one. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Would definitely recommend !!

The description of the room was misleading. It said it had an ocean view which cost more. The view was when you stood in the corner next to the window and peered through the staircase that was in the way. Don’t rent room 102. It’s a ripoff. And it felt very claustrophobic. Horrible lighting. And only a few reserved parking spaces - not enough for one per room.

The reason I am giving it an average rating is because the property virtually no working internet in our room. You would have to go outside to the common area to get wifi signal. But even with strong wifi signal, the internet did not work well at all. Also, we did not receive cell phone service in our room which made the situation worst. It was a very bad inconvenience due to needing access to wifi for work and school.

The staff went above and beyond for us, from giving up their own parking space, to turing on the fire pit to enjoy a cozy evening! It really made our experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you for making our last minute beach trip one of the best!

Not what was advertised on the Expedia page. No privacy, other rooms in the building next door looks right into our room. No private balcony. No private parking. Room smelled like mildew. The only disappointment on our trip.

The room is very small. It was not well put together. It had a smell throughout. The bed was comfortable. There was really no amenities. It is close to the beach. I don’t think it was worth what it cost.

This hotel was fine but lacked a few details that would’ve made it nicer. The lighting was minimal and fluorescent, on the ground floor there was one big window on a busy street. There was only a blackout curtain so we had to keep it drawn for privacy which made it dark inside all the time. The floor tiles were chipped. No hooks to hang towels. Was hoping for more for the price. Great location though.

Couldnt get any closer to the action. Excellent place to stay. I would recommend this to everyone. Please make sure though that you get parking pass!!! Not many places to park otherwise. Very busy area. Beach is just steps away!

Great spot on the beach. Can't ask for a better location. Far enough north of "the party zone" so much quieter than places like th beach cottages. Would go back in a jiffy.

Staff was really nice. Room was pretty basic, but close to the water. No full length mirror, no hair dryer, no towel hanger. Biggest issues: The room was really dark and the chain in the blinds was broken. They said someone would come to fix it but no one ever came. Paid for a partial ocean view but couldn’t see the ocean bc the blinds wouldn’t open. But would stay again due to the proximity to the beach.

Toilet didn’t work, sand in the bed, floors were dirty, beds were uncomfortable. No parking included (which wasn’t advertised), and there were homeless folks roaming around the facility at night time.

I liked it being close to beach. Close to shops and restaurants. I did not like the bed next to the toilet, no closet and no parking. You have to ask for room service for clean up, I forgot to.
