Breakfast was average. Door in toilet room didn’t open all the way. Being next to the baseball field was a plus. They had a great fireworks show that we watched from the room.

Great location in downtown Ft. Wayne. Very walkable and amenities great. Proximity to Parkview Field for baseball games fantastic. A little bit of a walk from parking garage to hotel, but have convenient loading zone out front of hotel. Fantastic location for all in downtown.

Sofa bed might as well had no mattress on it at all. Got to room and had to ask for toilet paper. Music from the rooftop bar way too loud.

The grounds were very beautifully landscaped and furnished. The perception received at check in was carried throughout the hotel. Not just a job but really desiring you to have a great stay!

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and great view. Great service, friendly staff. Only had one issue with rowdy guest next door while we were sleeping. Someone intervened and no further issues.

When my fiancé and I checked in, the person at the desk asked, "You've stayed here before, right?" I had recently stayed with a wedding party a few weeks prior. The attendant subtly implied I had been there with someone else, leaving my fiancé shocked and me feeling horribly uncomfortable. I've never experienced such an awkward situation caused by someone's thoughtlessness.

Housekeeping did not refresh room until the second day did not leave enough towels and wash clothes shower was empty and not refilled we were told that housekeeping was not working the first day we were there. Breakfast was excellent other than housekeeping it was great.

I reserved a room over a month in advance. The room that I reserved, was to have a ballpark view. I chose that option on purpose due to it being a home game night at the ballpark. When I arrived and they assigned our room, it absolutely did not have a ballpark view. In fact it was a view of the dumpsters and the kitchen staff next door on a smoke break. This was a surprise weekend for my wife and she had no idea that I made the reservations. I was beyond irritated and she knew it so she went down to the front desk to let them know what happened. She was returned a free parking voucher. The parking for a one night stay was $8. I made contact with the hotel manager, who told me that it was their mistake and they overbooked our room and it was too late to move me into the proper room. He did offer to comp me half price however since I booked it through Expedia, I spent over an hour on a chat because you can’t talk to a real person trying to figure out if Expedia would refund my money. They tell me they would, but I have not seen it yet.
