Elevator is a bit slow. The breakfasts were delicious and has a variety of fresh fruits. The property was well maintained and staff were very helpful.

Excellent ground staff at the street entrance both when booking in and leaving the premises. Extra helpful with heavy suitcases. Checking in was friendly and welcoming and great at organising a taxi to the airport. A comfortable room with a great view, we slept well.

Extremely helpful staff. They helped us book a train ticket to Hue. Good fitness center, pool and breakfast. Located close to restaurants and nightlife.

Spacious, clean and fancy, we really like it! Only issue is was the bathroom fan wasn’t working, but we only staid one night so we didn’t bother changing rooms

nice view from high floor, clean room. just a suggestion that the breakfast table laying for the utensils , can wrap it with clean papers rather than just lay it open ? because i saw when cleaning table mats left by others after they finished, the cleaning only just dust out scraps and put back on table n our spoon n fork is laid onto same used table mat. not hygienic. hope the hotel can do some improvement on table hygiene. if not for this issue, i would have give this hotel excellent 5star.

The hotel was nice and the room was really good and well organized. The bathroom and shower had a good size. Only thing that would have been better was if the aircon could stay on when not there, as it takes some time to cool the room down. Both breakfast and pool was okay.

You get what you pay for, the hotel was pretty cheap so quite basic. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Large shower/bathroom so highlight of the room. Good location - walking distance to both markets, a supermarket and dragon bridge Negatives found were: the room could do with a good deep clean and the windows are only single glazed so noisy from the streets below at all times-this was a 7th floor bedroom too.

It’s a nice place to stay when visiting DN. Will come again.

The good: * Great employees * Comfortable bed * Good location (shops around, 5 to 10 minute walk to river walk) The not so good: * The "hot" water was not hot at all. It was not cold but should be hotter * Pillows are too high. Luckily, I knew this and and brought my own smaller pillow * No gym - surprising for a four star hotel * No spa - surprising for a "hotel and spa" * No bathtub (in any room, as far as I can tell) * Pool is only outside (great in the summer, not in the winter) Overall: It was a nice place but it was clear they have very few guests so it seems they tried to cut some costs. I can understand that but then they should have coordinated with other businesses to offer the commonly expected services to their guests. The staff really are wonderful.
