Worthy of all praise already bestowed. The commitment to extreme detail, decor and comfort is in abundance - best hotel I have stayed in Australia. If I had to choose only one hotel to stay in - this would be the one. Hospitality reinvented - thank you for the privilege of staying - cannot wait to return.

Beautiful hotel. Old education building transformed into a magnificent CBD hotel. Lovely, attentive staff. Comfy beds, spacious room. Good location within walking distance to Opera House. But, if your room is in the inner circle, you have no view except into rooms across the way and vice versa. So drapes have to be closed 24-7, creating a dark atmosphere.

Our stay at Hotel Capella was first-rate and very memorable, we can't wait to find another excuse to stay. The hotel renovation and facilities are first-rate, and the staff in particular are extremely professional and attentive. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at Capella Sydney! Right from the moment our cab pulled up and all the way through checkout, the service was warm yet professional. It’s also a beautiful sandstone building that has been lovingly restored with the Atrium right at the heart of it. Great location too. We can’t wait to return.

This property had the most amazing service I have ever experienced and I travel very frequently. Phoebe was especially helpful but truly every staff member went above and beyond.
