Overnight after a concert - got there at 11:20 pm. Staff outside smoking pot, girl at counter nice, but no info or discussion re: room/amenities/bkfst. Area behind the desk dirty & open cupboards, litter everywhere behind it. Room large & reasonably comfortable, though carpets feel like outdoor turf & bed/couch are hard. Shower & soaps okay, but conditioner holder broken off wall & just left in shower unfixed, grout in wall of shower tiles covered in orange fungus. "Keurig" really just mini single coffee pot. Quiet room, nothing special.

We have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed it. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of attractions like the art museum, Museum of Science and Technology, and some of our favourite restaurants. This time, the facility and our room were less clean than usual. We were also kept awake by street noise for most of the night. I think the cleanliness problem was probably a one-off as we have had good experiences in the past, but if you are staying here on a weekend night, especially with children, ask for a room on a higher floor not facing the street.

Easy to get to off the highway. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice bathroom and room layout gave us plenty of room to move around

The floor of the room had stuff from the previous customer, I received 3 invoices for 1 night for the parking and no breakfast available after 10 AM and the women at the desk don’t advise !!! I don’t recomend this hôtel!

Windows very dirty. Almonds from last customer on the carpet. Glass shower all dirty.

Friendly staff, new looking rooms, but sticky goo on nightstand and tissues looked like they had been shoved back in the container. Footprints on the bathroom floor likely from stepping on it after moppinf

Unfortunately it was just a poor experience .Booked a King and received a double Queen directly outside the bars.No remote for tv.Next day asked for a King room Checked online first .to be sure there were vacancies.Front desk said yes it would not be a problem.Came back later and we had not been moved.We then got jammed into a handicapped room that had full recycling bin , garbage and pink mold in shower. Also all the plugs had been removed at back of tv. Nobody cared about any of it. People working the breakfast cafe were great.

The woman at the desk was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. I’m not sure what her name was, but she was a woman with short blonde hair.

To be honest, it was a lot better than I expected. I feel like the photos made it look outdated but the rooms were modern and comfortable.

The property is in a good location, very walkable. It is not the most quiet area, that is to be expected. A good amount of decent restaurants are within walking distance. The Tasting Room is highly recommended. Pastabilities is yummy too. The pool was nothing special. I did not use it. It was not appealing. Super strong chlorine smell. Very small. It is nice because they do have beer and wine that you can buy and take up to your room. Parking is pretty easy, lots of options and not super expensive to park. Lots of bars too..

Stayed 12 nights on business. Room was fine, had the usual amenities: tv, hair dryer, ironing board, mini fridge & coffee making facilities. They clean the rooms every other day but missed my room one day and my colleague’s on a different day, which only really mattered because we needed clean towels. TVs on my floor were upgraded in the middle of my stay. Towels supplied in different sizes on different days and sometimes the supposed bath towels weren’t big enough for an average sized adult - bigger then hand towels, but not proper sized towels for an adult to shower with. Blankets thin and even with mine folded over to double it up, it wasn’t really enough. No microwave in the room. Two big downsides - no safes in the room so couldn’t secure passport and laptop when out of the room, and the restaurant barely qualifies for that name. It’s just an open lounge area beside lobby with tiny menu that is just up on a wall. Not a proper sit down restaurant with proper menus and table service. It wasn’t good enough for a long stay. There are a number of restaurants and pubs within a few blocks but many of these were closed on Sundays and / or Mondays, which made getting food easily tricky, especially quick meals for breakfast and lunch. Business trips don’t involve a lot of activities outside the hotel and office so we really needed the hotel to have a decent restaurant on site. There is a small nook in lobby the sell snacks from. The TV remote did not work properly. Even after changing the batteries it did not work well at all. I had to unplug the TV to turn it off. The staff provided the batteries and it work somewhat better, but not the way it should work.
