Overall great. Convenient parking with elevator access. Walking distance to Mayo clinics (no subway/skywalk though). Friendly staff, newer hotel, clean and well maintained. Had an issue with lack of hot water one morning though. Train tracks right behind hotel are a little noisy at night.

It was very comfortable. I was there for a clinic appointment. The shuttle was late and I had to call a cab but still made it to my apartment on time no complaints otherwise and they did let me stay an extended late check out and I ended up staying the second night as well, very glad to hear that there’s a discount for clinic appointments

This was an official trip. The hotel was easily walkable distance from the Mayo. It was one of the b3st hotels i have stayed recently in. Great space insite the room and ambience in the lobby. They serve breakfast in the mornings which is a big plus.

The service from the front desk, bar area was amazing. Nice room, with everything you need. Very friendly employees. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was nice, however breakfast was seriously lacking.....I do not know why (and neither did staff) we only had styrofoam plates and bowls, plastic untensils each day?? Coffee not hot at breakfast too! food selection was also not great. I do not recall any Hyatt House doing this, why would the company invest such square footage and cabinetry if not to utilize?? Also, not sustainable.

We not only get breakfast every morning but on weekday evenings we get soup! What a comfort and savings

Property was good and very convenient to our Mayo Clinic appointment. Only real complaint was the loud train noise that woke me during the night.

Staff was great! Hotel very nice! Will definitely stay here agin. Only down side is it’s right next to a train tracks. We brought sound machines and didn’t notice the train. Slept great. Breakfast was also good.
