Very kind and serviceminded people at the reception. Nice hotel, well situated. Breakfast was OK. The room and bathroom were clean. Perhaps more space would have been needed around the toilett. I didn't manage to get TV any channel in English. WIFI worked perfectly. Would definitively book again.

Great location, but the traffic was mad. Great breakfast and staff. Beds were a bit soft for me.

Everything was good. There is no temporary parking to unload luggage, so be prepared to stop on a busy while unloading. Easy public parking underground within 3 mins of walking. It was very hot outside (37C) during our stay and hotel lobby and stairs were very warm. Room AC was able to keep room cool after we had it running continuously for 24hrs. Breakfast was good. Staff is very friendly.

We booked a stay for three nights through Expedia. After two nights, we had to move to a smaller room, as the hotel claimed the original room was needed otherwise. We did not get a refund for the price difference, and we never received a written confirmation about the situation from them, which we could have sent to Expedia, although we were promised multiple time that we get one "later". We then also complained about this to Expedia, and the hotel never responded to them either. So the hotel is okay as long as all goes well, but you get no support in case of problems. I suggest you book elsewhere.

It was our first time in Tirana and we did speak the language well. The staff were very patient with us and very accommodating to us. Bessa in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful and made our stay that much better. We also very much enjoyed the bar on the fourth level was very comfortable with nice views of the city.

It was a very nice room. Plenty big and well appointed. Quite relaxing after a week of traveling and somewhat simpler accommodations. Breakfast and cappuccinos were also varied and delicious.

The MonarC Hotel is a charming, small property that provides clean and comfortable rooms and dining facilities. The ladies who provided us with breakfast were very sweet and took care of us, providing us with eggs cooked perfectly and delicious cappuccinos. The hotel is in the most convenient location and walkable to everything that we wanted to see. We also absolutely loved the rooftop terrace, where we could enjoy our late afternoon drinks while looking at the new mosque across the street and the beautiful city of Tirana. The value provided by this hotel is amazing and we would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Tirana, a city we completely loved!

The MonarC is a lovely small hotel ideally situated to many of Tirana's main attractions. The staff is friendly and professional and made us feel right at home. I was having issues communicating with a restaurant we were trying to go to, and the front desk helped out by making a call and clarifying our options. Great service. Will definitely stay there again.

Good location near Skanderbeg Square and lively Blloku. Traffic noise level during weekend kept me awake at times. Reception staff very helpful but we’re not always able to find specific bars / locations when asked . Very comfortable bed and spacious room.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and located in a nice area. At the hotel had a restaurant, where tasty and varied breakfast were served. On the top floor was a nice bar with a view over the area. My room was large, clean and quiet, the shower was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel, great bar at the rooftop with amazing views , near all the majors attractions

The staff, especially Valter and Luka, were great. Really, all were great, but I didn't get their names. The roof-top garden/bar was a relaxing place to spend time at the end of the day and after dinner. My room was cleaned daily. Nice towels and toiletries. I use the laundry service three times during my stay. Actually, I stayed there from June 25 through Julyy 16. The staff arranged car and driver tours for me. They also arranged for my Covid-19 test before departure and got me to the airport for my 4:35 a.m. flight. The location is excellent--walking to churches, mosque, main square. Restaurants two minutes from the hotel.

Unfortunately due to flight delays I missed most of my stay in Tirana. The hotel was very easy to communicate with through Expedia. They arranged a pick up at the airport for me- driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I finally arrived hotel staff was very kind, room was nice and clean, and complimentary breakfast was excellent. I wish I had longer to stay!
