Overall I like this hotel location convenience, clean , reasonable rate, good customer service and the quiet room I stayed .

The room was too small but at least comfortable. I think my face towel went missing as well because I came back to the room after a long day exploring and it was missing but it's alright. Overall, a comfy stay

The location was perfect, near to Sunway Pyramid but facing a non busy street. Public transportation was also within walking distance, and so is local food and 24hrs convenient store. Staff Ahmad was friendly and accommodating. Pleasant stay.

Only "dissatisfaction" is - rooms are very small. Have to leave luggage upright in order to have walking space inside rooms - stayed in both single and double bedrooms.
