Its lovely to have a fridge and complimentary tea/coffee and water. The hotel is situated to great for transport links for airport and central london. Clean, quiet. Spacious rooms. Well working aircon. Good food and very good service. There was a misunderstanding at our arrival with no extra bed for our 10 year old daughter. But this was sorted in no time and with a smile. Very professional. The girl at breakfast was also really sweet and smiling even though I had a few special requests. The hotel is not in the city centre but it only takes roughly 20 min to get there and easily at that. Will definitely stay here again.

We stay here a fair amount and always have the same room as it's wonderful. The staff at the venue are so helpful and friendly. Bigger chain hotels could learn a lesson in customer service from these guys! Absolutely fabulous staff. The food and drinks are great and the Sunday lunch is gorgeous. 10/10 again guys!

The room was nice and comfortable and a reasonable size. The bathroom was tired and in need of a refurb, lots of missing or dirty grout around the shower. There is a lovely large beer garden which is a great outside space. However when the bar closes there isn’t any inside or outside space for residents to sit. Even the tables out the front were taken in and we were basically told we should go to bed! Breakfast was an experience. First they brought the wrong food, then only one order which was stone cold. We waited an hour for the right order and wish we hadn’t bothered. ‘Plant based’ sausage was mushed veg which looked and tasted like it had been deep fried to death. Everything else was luke warm. The menu choices were ok but badly let down by the service and what the kitchen served up.

I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests and those hosting private events happy but maybe knock the sound down a little? Overall a fantastic stay and the food is excellent!

The hotel needs some repairs and upgrades, but what it lacks in mod cons it makes up for with the food, proximity to transportation, gorgeous food, cleanliness, and exemplary customer service (cleaning staff, maintenance, breakfast crew, and pub staff). I loved staying there and my family could not have loved it more. Bless.

Lovely place to stay with great pub downstairs. Good selection for breakfast and to have free on site parking is a bonus and the Elizabeth line round the corner !! Happy days
