Trash in bathroom was not removed, towels had stains. Mechanical equipment made so much noice every 30-45mins, could not sleep well too.

The staff here were incredibly nice! I received a couple of nice notes on 2 of my days. I’m sure the friendly staff picked up on my distress. I even had them check in on me once. My stay was a much needed break from life.

It feels very new, is very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful. Only comment would be that upon entering the hotel in the main lobby, there is an astonishingly strong artificial smell ( some kind of deodorizer, or ambient room scent). It's way way too strong and very artificial smelling. I'd tone it down. Even the front desk staff acknowledged this. Area is by the highways, airport.

We never arrived due to a flight cancelation. Called to cancel but they wouldn;t let me cancel because it was booked through a 3rd party. I have been charged anyway

Took them a hour to get them. fairfield inn without informing us gives us a handicap accessible room. Cant open window for fresh air. No regular coffee only decaf…. This place sucks. There are better places to stay. Stay away

I did appreciate the stay at the hotel. The only issue was the body odor from the male employee from housekeeping wearing a cap or hat. Please tell your employee not to smell like that. I didn't travel two miles to smell awful body odor.

Even though we confirmed we wanted maid service at the beginning of our stay. They never came to clean the room. We had to go ask for clean towels. Also, the evening we wanted to go to the pool there was a sign saying it was closed.
