Room dirty, and saw a cockroach. You get what you pay for.

Rooms are worn out. Sheets and blankets were laundered but show signs of old stains. Furniture mismatched but useable. Pool dirty. No Kleenex or coffee in room. No coffee in lobby. Lobby is secured by locked foyer. I’m assuming due to crime. Of course all of this unknown when we booked. Trying to do this trip on a budget. You get what you pay for.

Ac did not work, roaches, toilet flooded, found used q tip near the bed, found a sock that did not belong to anyone in my family next to the bed. Notified front desk clerk who said he will do his best to accommodate us. He did not. It smelled like smoke strongly and his solution was to spray the room with air fresher. we got to the room at 1am, I contact hotel.com and spent 2 and half hours discussing the issues I occurred. I ask for a refund and the front desk clerk refused unless I check out immediately. I am traveling with 8 people and we were only planning on staying til 7am. This was the most unprofessional, and the poor attitude of the front desk clerk. Will never use hotel.com again or stay at the hotel.

Floors were disgusting. Haven’t been cleaned in years. Room had foul odor. Roaches. Vagrants hanging outside the property.

There are 2 managers; a chubby guy and a skinny one named Sunjay (however you spell it) but he is the more rude host. He purchases drugs from a tenant that stays on the back side upstairs. His car is full of cigarettes and bottles. His customer service is poor. He's easily angered. He speaks rudely to woman and men. DO NOT get placed on the backside of this hotel- they don't give blankets, there's bugs, the drug dealers are on that side & that is also the "smoking" side. I requested a non smoking room from the manager Sunjay and was placed on the smoking side. 20 minutes after checking in is when I saw the dealer and manager exchange. Anyways, the pool is good, however, there's a lot of dead bugs floating most days & they don't clean it often enough. There's a flag pole tied to the pool gate However the flag pole isn't secure enough because it moves although being tied down. They don't serve breakfast. Housekeeping half cleans the rooms. One of them pretends to not speak English. There is black mold in some of the bathrooms. The tubs aren't cleaned well enough. The pull-out sofa beds don't come with fitted sheets you'd have to ask for them; you may or may not have trouble with that. Depending on the housekeeper. They also don't give you a comforter or blanket for the pull out couches (which are right in from of the ac) Some of the hotel room doors don't have peep holes there just holes going through the door, or they're filled with tissue. Dead bugs behind tvs & nightstands.

I felt really safe here as a solo female traveler. There were security cameras everywhere around the property, and it was a beautiful view overlooking the pool when I woke up.

if you looking for a place to spend the night then its an ok place to stay but if you wake up and like to have at least a cup of coffee then look somewhere else because there is absolutely nothing here whatsoever not even water in the wending machines they all empty and rusty

Property really needs a lot of cleaning. Carpets are filthy and stained, had to wear shoes all time. Beds don’t get clean linen after check outs, found pubic hair and stains,had to get them replaced, don’t care about property being old but has to be clean. Front desk guys were great, they came out to help and solve the problem.

The bed was bouncy and the blanket had holes in it. There wasn’t a hair dryer and no ice! The carpet had stains all over it. When I went to check out, no one was around. I will not be staying here again. There wasn’t any breakfast either.
