Terrible staff - very unclean rooms (misty smell), no variety for breakfast and no reception in night

Very clean. No towels though: when I asked reception for some, they said that all their towels were in the laundry, but they would see what they could do. They soon delivered two bath-towels + one hand-towel, although there were four of us in the quadruple room. I asked again for towels the next day, but these never arrived.

A few minutes walking distance away from the haram this is an ideal hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds and surronded by shops, pharmacies and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Not so good, the room they gave us had four beds instead of one king bed. One should make sure what type of bed and what size of the room they are giving. Otherwise the staff was good and the location is superb.

The service provided by Jasim (bell boy) was excellent, he is always happy to help. Overall experience is good but the Breakfast is below average, we stayed there 7 nights and every morning we go with a hope but breakfast standard are not upto the mark on a single day. They should work in this otherwise ppl stop staying there.

Our family had a terrible experience in this hotel, the reception staff was not professional, rooms were not clean, There was water dropping from ceiling, we complain to management about ceiling leakage but no action were taken. There was a lot of dust on carpet, my whole family got sick because of the dusty carpet.
They say they are four star but they were not. Not recommended at all.

I like that it is a 3 minute walk to masjid Nabawi. I like that the beddings are clean and the mattress and pillows are so so soft and comfy. Breakfast spread is really good at 50 sar for adults and 25 sar for children. This is a good hotel. I enjoyed my stay.
