Absolutely beautiful jungle like oasis. We enjoyed every second of our stay and really got to experience nature in a different way. We practically lived in the pools which was a plus and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so genuine and kind. We specifically want to thank Erendida, Octavio, Daniel, Ulices and the staff at Komorebi for making our stay so perfect. We are so excited and sure to return!

It is an amazing place if you want to relax,avoid the crowds and just disconnect. The all inclusive is worth it, the food is nice...The pantry is amazing and Mauricio will make sure you're satisfied, he's super friendly and attentive! If you go with kids,Carmen the lifeguard will help you to have peace of mind by keeping an extra eyes on them. she's so kind and willing to help! Carlos is also so nice with the kids and lead the entreatainment activities for them with passion and a good sense of humor! The staff that I just mentioned made our stay an unforgettable one!!!
To improve: the chef at the Japanese restaurant is so kind but unfortunately the rest of the staff there was so rude. The beach club is not very nice either, the beach is not the greatest, in fact, was so disappointing.
The hotel also has a partnership with nexus tours and they offer some packages for guests (extra cost) but honestly in our case wasn't worth it. We paid extra for an experience with dolphins in a waterpark and we were chocked...the place was dirty, old, without any maintenance and definitely didn't look safe for our kids, even the walls were scratched so even when is a partnership, the hotel should ensure that the offered experiences are good enough.
At the same time the hotel could use some efforts to show a bit more of the Mexican culture and even offer free shuttle to the Malecon or other points of interest for the guest to enjoy by themselves without paying extra.

check-in was delayed an hour. When we received our room, another guest was already there, who had to be removed.
Went to the teppanyaki for dinner and they didn't recognize our reservation. Complained to reception, who showed we were already in the system.
After dinner, returned to the room to find the curtain rod was broken (see picture). After waiting on hold with reception for an hour, we were placed in another room, missing bathrobes.
For room service, I had to find a housekeeper and ask three times throughout the day for someone to clean. I ended up paying her $250MX to come by because we had been waiting 4+ hours.
When she finally came by, she removed the wine voucher we had received for the late check-in.
So exhausted from dealing with reception regarding our complaints; left leaving more tired than when we arrived. By second night, seriously considered canceling the reservation and finding something elsewhere.

Once we got into the room, the fridge wasn’t cleared out from previous guests or stocked up. There was also a used soap on the bath tub. The staff hadn’t informed us about the beach that was ‘attached’ to the resort or that we had to put our names down for shuttle time. That being said, the beach was wonderful and the menu is great. The buffet was alright, the food truck was good and the reservation only restaurant (Japanese) was great. There is a pantry that’s available 24hrs so we did enjoy the ice cream and grabbing pop if we wanted. Diet pepsi is called pepsi light. We had a wonderful time on our trip overall.

Toilet is not clean with visible lines inside the bowl that didn’t get cleaned even after 1 week. Caulking is moulded and loose. Glass for brushing tooth needs to be requested. Mini bar most empty and not the same stocks as the other room we also booked.

Filled with children/families with babies. Be prepared to walk uphill a ton. The hotel layout is on a hill. The kids ruined the trip for me. They also don’t have enough lounge chairs by the pool so you literally won’t have anywhere to sit if you don’t best the families there

The hotel is beautiful. Food is great. Pools are excellent. Hotel location is perfect if you want to be around nature and don't mind to have a ocean front view. Definitely one of the best hotels.

The staff we’re extremely helpful and accommodating, during our entire stay our room assigned to Francela for cleaning and she has been excellent to her work and make sure everything clean and also leave enough water bottles and supplies. Kudos to her keep it up. She’s assets for the hotel.

The Resort and Staff were great. Unfortunately the Resort is super under staffed along with that the All Inclusive was a Joke very limited and sometimes NO food available. We Left the resort to eat the closets place was 4 miles . Also the quality off the food was substandard very poor quality . I had a chance to talk to the GM I S M A E L but really didn't give a hoot . He even agreed with me .
I cant believe such a Great Location has poor quality food and the manager blamed everyone but Himself .
I wish they would fix this so i could go back I'm really was confused . There was other customers that had complained . I reached out to Hotels .com but did nothing again wonderful resort

Beautiful resort! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Food was good. Staff was friendly and constantly available! A wide variety of pools and hot tubs, very family friendly. They have their own private beach area with a bar and restaurant available beach side

The property itself and the pools are great, beautiful. The food was good. The property is huge so you do have to walk a lot, which I loved but my kids did not. You can access golf buggy’s but they are scarce & you have to wait about half hour. Our room wasn’t available to checkin to until 6pm and even then they needed up changing our room number at the last minute. We then had to extend (thanks to hurricane Beryl) & they told me we would have to change rooms (which I totally understood & was fine with) but then when I went down at checkin after completely packing up our stuff, to get the new keys they said we can stay in the same room which was different to the room I had booked ( they made me book online instead of direct with them). All other staff were great! Kids loved loved loved this place and were extactic when we extended our stay.
