The first night we were there, we went out for dinner and came back to our room door being ajar. I went to the lobby and spoke immediately with the representative at the desk. He stated that he was not aware that anyone had been in our room. He sent maintenance there to take a look. Maintenance discovered that the door did not latch properly & instructed us to “pull hard until we heard a latch.” I’m have to admit it did make me a little uneasy, however it seem to do the trick. Nothing was missing from our room, which I am very appreciative for. That same evening the buildings fire alarm went off at 1230am. No one knew what was going on and no representative of the hotel addressed it. We all went outside and stood on the sidewalk. A fire truck pulled up to the opposite side of the building so we all went back in and we never heard anything. I asked the front desk several times what happened and no one was able to give me more info.

This was a good property, no frills but very comfortable. I didn’t have a chance to use any amenities but they looked great.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Place was nice and clean and served our needs. The keypads to get into the elevator, rooms and common areas gave us some troubles but after a few tries it worked. We would stay there again.

Apparently the air conditioning was out so they changed my room to a single bed and brought in a rollaway bed with no sheets no blankets no pillows. The room didn’t have enough towels. The vending machine was empty so I had no water to take my morning medicine

Overall I had my pros about my stay than cons. I liked how clean and accessible the place was. Spacious and allowed the guests to relax. The only con I have about this place is the placement of the electrical switches. Felt like it was placed on the wrong side of a wall. For example going to the bathroom the switches were behind the door and very inconvenient when going to the bathroom at night or just turning off and on switches. I will say the walls are thin so you can hear the footsteps of the tenants upstairs but other than that great place and location and most definitely will be checking out more Placemakr locations.

I was attacked and robbed right in front of the hotel lobby on my first night. There was no security at the time of the incident and I was told no camera footage. The hotel staff did not treat me well after the incident and seemed to avoid me. Some staff was rude and condescending. It was a horrible experience and in hindsight, I should have left after the first night.

The additional amenities (dish washer with soap, stove with pots and pans, full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice & water dispenser and washer and dryer with soap and fabric sheets) were absolutely worth the price. However, the missed expectation was the oversized bathroom with single sink and shower/tub setup. A soaker tub or a jetted tub with a separate shower and double sinks would have put this property over the top. The bathroom was a letdown. Logging in for all tv services was a pain. I feel the concept for this property has so much potential but the bathroom falls flat.

Very clean and safe. Apt was large and in a great location! Tons of amenities and staff were very informative, kind and helpful!

No normal TV stations. Everything streaming… Floors were dirty. Bed small and uncomfortable. Sofa was really uncomfortable. Pool was cold and shallow.. Kitchen was nice. Gathering area by pool was nice.

We loved this property and would definitely stay again. It’s the perfect option in between a short term rental and a hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed to feel like we had a home from home. Staff were helpful and friendly and the location is great.
