This was probably the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed at! Service was beyond imagination and everything was very clean, neat, and thoughtfully done. Our flight got in at 7am and they still let us check in, and added a breakfast buffet for us to devour after our tiring journey. The food was perfect, the drinks perfect, and the rooms impeccable. The beds and showers were so comfy too. Also their bakery goods (cookies, brownies, coffees) were the best I've ever had. I looked up the place for El Nido as well, but they were fully booked. I'd give the place 6 stars if I could!

Complimentary airport transfer, welcome drink and towelette, turn down service with local sweets, no charge for late check out. The staff know your name and always greet you with a smile. The food and drinks were excellent quality. They even packed me a to-go breakfast for an early morning tour, and had a beach towel in a branded tote ready to go for me. Wonderful experience in Puerto Princesa!
