Odyssey Rooms are in a great location super close to the beach, restaurants and the castle. It's a new modern hotel and our room was huge, the bed super comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was okay. The pool on the roof is small but fun as is the roof terrace where there's a bar. Our bedroom was on floor 3 which was fine - I'd recommend asking for a higher floor as there are 2 restaurants directly opposite the hotel and if there are noisy parties eating outside in the street there's nowhere for the noise to go. We weren't too disturbed during the night ourselves.

This is an excellent hotel close to lot's of really good restaurants,tapas bars and the beach. The receptionists welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Our deluxe room was the best room that I have ever had. And I have stayed in a lot of hotels.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Room was clean and in good condition. Only thing was that the rooftop lounge and pool is situated at the rooftop bar and we felt uncomfortable sitting around the pool without buying repeated rounds of drinks.

Great location, lovely room, great nights sleep. Nice roof top bar with view of castle. We purchased pool access which was to a disappointing small pool with loungers in it! This should be described. I wouldn’t have purchased.

Supposedly a superior room but air conditioning didn't work and the ceiling fan was noisy. Also the sink was blocked so drained very slowly. Not sure how the hotel got it's rating as no evening restaurant, plunge pool only and no staff in attendance for the rooftop bar area. Narrow view to the beach. In fairness the receptionist on leaving was most helpful.

The hotel is very well situated in Alicante, near to a great selection of bars, restaurants and the port. You pay for the location because although the hotel is clean and modern, it feels very Ikea. Nothing is very premium or luxury but it's adequate. I felt that it was a little over priced for what was on offer. After our initial check in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic and again adequate. Being British, I do like some bacon, egg and sausage. it seemed like it was cooked at 8am and left under lamps until 10:30...... Perhaps I should get up earlier! Our room was spacious and very clean and had a nice outside space. There were very welcome tea and coffee facilities in the room and the large bottle of water was a nice touch. Nice that the hotel has a large underground parking area with free electric vehicle charging.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are good size and clean. Easy walking distance to the beach and the local shops and restaurants.

The staff were the best , could not be more helpful , would highly recommend staying , it just 3 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes from some brilliant eatery's

From the warm welcome at check-in to the lovely room with great views up to the castle, we loved everything about this hotel. It was close to amenities, restaurants and bars. The receptionist, Yolanda, was very helpful in providing us with information about tram journeys and also giving us a map of Alicante which pointed out all the attractions and sights. Just fabulous!

The location and staff were awesome. The bus ride from the airport leaves you a minute walk to the hotel and it's a easy walk to many of old town's attractions. The rooftop bar and pool offers a stunning view of the city and Castell de Santa Barbara. The only down side is being in the heart of it all, late nights can get a little noisy.

The hotel is very centrally located and very clean. The receptionist immediately helped us with the room change. There is a pool and a very nice bar on the terrace. I recommend
