This hotel was hidden in a side street behind other hotels but it’s such a gem. Beautiful and spacious, the room had everything we needed and more for a large group. Definitely would come back!

Well laid out apartments in agood location. Well suited for families or singles. The pool area was good.

The property is as advertised. Entrance street is narrow. The AC in the main room need maintenance as it wasn't cooling enough.

Bed sheets were dirty and towels were not stocked in bathroom. Housekeeping had to be called to the room to fix. Makes for a very poor first impression

I like the beach/sea view, especially for purpose of watching the fireworks during countdown to 2019. I also like the cool breeze and refreshing air that come into my room at the 22nd Floor. My room has most of the essential facilities and hotel is situated at a convenient location, close to all local amenities. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE IS: I refer to room no. 2203/1 - connecting room with sea view balcony. 1) Bathroom light switch The bathroom light switch is outside the room. It is inconvenient! If I turn off the bathroom light before sleeping, I will need to go out of the room to turn on the light if I wake up in the middle of night to go to bathroom. If I don't turn off the bathroom light, the light from the bathroom will be illuminating the room which disturbs sleep. So appreciate that you shift the bathroom light switch to inside the room. 2) Shower cubicle It is very annoying to walk on wet floor to go to the wash basin or toilet as the shower cubicle is before the toilet. It would be much better if the shower is at the inner and toilet/wash basin at the outer, before the door.

We book two night at apartment but i have to move another one. Apartment dont have microwear and we talk with reception but they dont bring it to us
