Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Headley Townhouse in Bournemouth. Stayed in a small double room & all facilities were excellent. The hosts were absolutely lovely….would recommend.

The H.T. in Bournemouth was wonderful Paul met us upon arrival and assisted with our bags. We reserved the large family unit in the top floor (3 flights of stars - actually in the converted attic) so it had a lot of character - nice windows and view. The updated modern bathroom was great!!! Beds very comfy. Free street parking can be challenging since it's in a residential / business area but the pay parking lot is only 2 blocks away. Very quiet and only a block from the park overlooking the beach. Plenty of restaurants one street over. Continental breakfast and the new coffee machine made a variety of coffees. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hedley Townhouse.

Paul got in touch with me prior to my arrival to welcome me and inform about parking, met me upon arrival and was really friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and smelt very fresh, perfect nights stay

Good location and good place

We had a lovely break. The owner gives you a warm welcome and it is spotlessly clean.We enjoyed the continental breakfast and free drinks provided all day. We managed to find on street parking nearby which I could imagine would be difficult in the Summer months.The hotel is close to the shops and beach, so is ideal.

Really lovely stay at the Hedley Townhouse. Welcomed on arrival and the room was clean and spacious, and a great location for town whilst still being nice and quiet.

Great value, excellent location 2 minutes from West Cliff. Included breakfast had everything I want. Helpful staff. Bed a bit soft, though, towels could be bigger, and bathroom very cramped.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were delayed in arriving and Paul very kindly waited for us to check in late. All the staff were really nice. The room was very comfortable with an added bonus of a fridge. Tea room was really good. Nice variety of restaurants near by. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access to public transport. Many dining options, close to the beautiful beach. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends 👍

Nice clean room and location

Great communication from Paul prior to our arrival and advised about parking which is not far from hotel. Hotel within a few minutes walking distance of beach, restaurants, town. Lovely breakfast was a bonus. We would definitely recommend this small hotel.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights in the family studio room, it was a lovely room, with more than enough space for a family of 4. It was very clean, spacious, light and airy considering it’s a loft room. It’s a very short walking distance from the beach, and all local attractions, bars and restaurants. We would most definitely recommend and if we visit Bournemouth again this is where we will be staying.

Lovely family room, beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay! All staff were extremely accommodating!

3ngt stay over the weekend with my 6yr old son who has complex medical conditions and autism. I messaged the hotel prior to our arrival just to let them know the details. They were extremely understanding and so so kind to us from the moment we arrived! Our family room was on the fourth floor and very clean and appeared newly renovated. Beds were comfy, nice little lounge area with tea coffee and kettle. The loft room has quite low beams on either end of the room so personally think wouldn’t be ideal for taller people to easily move around at either end of the room but it was a ‘loft’ family room so to be expected :-) All staff were so welcoming and lovely. Communal areas beautifully decorated with lovely ambiance music playing which gave it a real chilled holiday vibe. There was one time when we were leaving our room and coming down the stairs where a lovely staff member was hoovering and my son was a bit hesitant to continue down the stairs. It was clear that she was fully aware of my sons autism and without asking and so friendly, stopped the hoover and said she wouldn’t turn it back on until we left. This may seem like nothing but it was a huge positive thing for us and not something I would outwardly ask to be done to ease his anxiety but it was a very considerate action and I thank you truly for that!!! :-) We had the best stay and would highly recommend! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Really friendly and helpful, the room was clean tidy and well decorated. Bathroom was clean an modern As we were leaving early they kindly made us a little bag for breakfast with a tasty salmon soft cheese and chive sandwich and some fruit Also well situated to the centre and beach area

Brilliant host. Lovely Victorian building with original features. Good bed. That’s all you need.
