The room is fairly clean. Most of the room amenities work well. The TV is big.

The bedsheet was not pulled straight like other hotels. The TV although big, has limited channels and is not a smart TV to allow Youtube watching. The small tube of shower gel was not enough. But what disappointed me was my request for another tube of shower gel being rejected. The staff plainly told me one room is allowed one tube of shower gel. If the customer needs to bathe twice a day, the small tube of gel is not simply enough. Furthermore there is no hand soap provided for hand washing. With COVID barely over, does the hotel bother about customer's hygiene?

facilities badly maintained in room, especially for toilet, low water pressure. all power points are not proper installed, luckily still functioning

Room was comfortable, bed was good. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. Overall, location was convenient near many eateries. Lobby outside room had nice peachy smell.

One of the pillows had smell, housekeeping changed it immediately though. Room had a tad moldy smell. Only 2 free carpark lots although parking spaces were ample enough and rates weren't exorhibitant.

Location is good. Food is easy available
