Found roaches in our room showers was dirty just made me feel dirty and nasty.

Overall everyone was very nice except for the front desk person at night. This person gave us a hard time about our service animal saying they didn’t allow pets. I told him he had to because of the ADA and he said every holiday inn was separately owned and therefore they could reject service animals. He mumbled something about a fine. Our room was disgusting with other people’s hair in the sheets and bathroom but he was taking such a long time
to figure out how to switch us that I got frustrated and just cleaned everything myself.

On line it say near beach but its not near a beach you can not see a beach at all

Very clean and quite stay. Smelled wonderful inside room and lobby, workers were welcoming and kind, rooms was immaculate and clean, bed was so comfortable and everything was 10/10. Zero complaints! Very short drive to everything even if you’re not directly in the beach, quick in and out. Highly recommend!

The tv did not work there was blood in the tub and hair in the laboratory the bed had very hard the lock was broken on the door by 12pm we gave up and went to bed the carpet was new the night staff was very friendly she tried to help the web sight said breakfast would be 30.00 also they charge 150.00 fee incase you damage the room but u get it back in a couple of day talked to the manager the next morning she said she could not help because we stayed all night my husband ask for a cup of coff because the coffee in the room was bad she told him the coffee down stairs was for paying breakfast people he would have to get coffee from his room

We did stay after the hurricane so that could be the reason why the hotel smelled damp. I did worry about potential mold issues. Especially with a family member with asthma problems.

Rooms were remodeled nicely, but phone. Air and plugs didn’t work. Had to change rooms 3 times. 2nd room air worked but was not cleaned properly. 3rd room was nice and everything seems to work. Since remodeling was taking place no breakfast was served and that was one of the reasons we chose it. Elevator worked just completely nasty looking from paint and such. We would definitely go back but just after remodel is complete.

Unbelievable hospitality. Everyone that worked the front desk was amazing and the hotel was being remodeled and it was still perfect. I can't wait to see the finished product and everything was brand new and shiny and wonderful!

When searching for a hotel, I specifically looked for one with a pool to enjoy during our stay. Once we check in they tell us it is closed due to renovations. They didn't want to cancel our reservation to look for another hotel with pool access. The dining area was closed as well so we didn't get to have breakfast. I took pictures of how dirty the room was as well, wish I could upload them. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
