Highcroft House is a beautifully renovated property just a two-minute stroll from Bournemouth's stunning beachfront. This luxurious red brick home offers a peaceful seaside escape for those looking to unwind in comfort.
The Space
A block-paved driveway welcomes you, with parking for up to three cars, lined with elegant potted plants. Access to the house is via a side path, ensuring guest privacy. Inside, a welcoming hallway with a small bench for shoe removal greets you, with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor for added comfort.

Conveniently tucked under the stairs, the tastefully presented WC is located in the elegant hallway.
Lounge
The lounge exudes elegance and sophistication, featuring timeless pale blue moulded panelling and modern chandelier lighting. Floor-to-ceiling windows with flowing drapes allow natural light to fill the space, which is split into two distinct areas. One side offers a large L-shaped sofa, two upholstered armchairs, and an ottoman table in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV.
