The wall paper was held on with thumb tacks, the fridge was musty and smelled (it's unplugged and left closed if nobody's in the room), the air vent was filthy. The bathrooms weren't as bad, but I'd still wear sandals to the shower just in case.

This was a great place for the night as I had just arrived in town and needed a place to stay that was close to Nambu Bus Terminal. I had to catch a 6:30am bus the next day. Clean room, shared bathroom (but rooms have their own shower), really great wifi and is located in a grwat neighborhood filled with bars and restaurants. About a four block walk from Seoul National University of Education subway station. Really really quiet at night - slept like a baby. I arrived after 10 and while the host did not speak English she was wonderful about showing me around the facilities etc. This is a good place for foreigners to stay and feel comfortable and safe. :) Will stay again and may actually investigate monthly rates.
