Well located, good place to be. In walking distance to top places in Venice.

This property is conveniently located, specifically if you arrive in Venice by car. It takes about 12 minutes to walk from it to the San Marco parking garage. It’s roomy, with 2 bedrooms, and great views from the windows! You actually get to see one of the canals. It seats across the bridge from a small square with restaurants and shops, and is within a 5 minute walk to the water bus stop (Vaporetto). Their customer service was very friendly. All communications were made through Whasapp. I loved my stay! I hope to return someday.

Great location, easy walking to attractions and restaurants. Spacious air-conditioned rooms, large bathroom, and super clean overall. The host was easy to communicate with in English and very accommodating to our needs and questions. We highly recommend!

Cristian was super helpful with absolutely everything from the time of booking till checking out. He provided helpful information, kept my bags and even carried them up the stairs and put it in the room for me once it was ready, and just a great attitude. Felt very comfortable and safe
